An impressive Palin

Governor Palin proved herself fit for the game tonight. I'm not reacting to her politics here; I'm reacting solely on her speech's effectiveness. It was solid. She was confident, tough, combative, sarcastic. Also relatable and down to earth. This is a smart, tenacious broad. And she's got the bonus of being 1) a woman and 2) fresh and new. No matter what you think about her politics or experience, she's got people talking. Democrats would be foolish to underestimate her.
