June 1 just doesn't feel like it used to

And I don't even mean the fact that it was down to like 50 degrees this morning. Is it just getting older? I presume it is. Even though today was a MUCH needed restful one, and I was wildly productive, I felt a bit tired & off all day. And an Air France plane with more than 200 people on it disappeared into the Atlantic last night...the news of this breaking all day today, adding to the non-euphoria of The First Day of June that only seems to exist in my memory. Well, it's 1am now...gonna get to bed "early" and hope tomorrow's a peppier one. No matter how today went, it IS June. JUNE. Wow.
